Mr. Francis Chike Halim is an elected member representing Oshimili Federal Consti tuency of Bendel State. He was born on June 19, 1926 in Ibusa, his home town, in Bendel State. He attended Government College, Umuahia and Christ the King College, Onitsha from 1940—1944. He went to University of Hull, England from 1953 to 1957. From 1962 to 1963, he attended George Washington Univer sity, Washington DC. He is a retired Permanent Secretary from Bendel State Civil Service. He is presently a management consultant. Mr. Halim has served on various boards and parastatals at federal and state levels. He is married with five children. His hobbies are walking and reading.
