Mr. Tizhe Colman Halla was born in 1954 in his home town, Bazza, Gongola State. He is an elected member of the Assembly representing Michika Federal Constituency. He attended Primary School from 1962—1968, Government Teachers College, Bazza from 1968—1973 before going to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria to read Education. He graduated in June 1978. Mr. Halla, who is a teacher by profession was the principal of Government Secondary School, Bazza, Gongola State before his election into the Constituent Assembly. He is married with four children, and takes reading and sports as hobbies.
