AJIMOTOKAN, Hon. Abdul Ganiu Olatunde

Honourable Abdul Ganiu Ajimotokan was born in Agege in Lagos State on 22nd September, 1937. His parents, the late Mr. & Mrs. A. A. Ajimotokan had six children. They hailed from Ijebu-Ode in Ogun State. Honourable Ajimotokan attended the Moslem School,' Ijebu-Ode from 1946 to 1952. He then proceeded to the Moslem College, Ijebu-Ode in 1953 where he passed the West African School Certificate in 1957. Honourable Ajimotokan secured an employ ment as a Clerical Officer in 1958 and thereafter, studied privately to obtain the General Certificate of Education at the Advanc ed Level in 1960, and the London University In termediate LLB in 1962. He was promoted an Executive Officer in 1964 and in the same year he was admitted to the University of Lagos where he obtained an Honours degree in Law in 1967.
