( Between 1968 and 1972, Mr. Agi served as Headmaster of the Senior Primary School, in Anchim, Ikachi and Ikwokwu —all in the Oju Local Government Area of Benue State. From 1975, the year he graduated from the University, Hon. He represents the Oju Federal Constituency in Benue State. IN the course of his career, Hon. Agi has written many articles on religious and political issues. His view of life is that "morality" should spring from law which itself should be substan tially interpreted from morality. Issues should be reduced, as much as possible, to their objec tives string-ends, and all issues decided on their respective merits and causal circumstances. People or issues should not be presummed or taken for granted. Truth, at all cost, must be allowed to prevail. "Fairness and frankness should be the basis for all decisions, thus building up an awareness that makes premordial loyalties yeild ways to national ones. Then the citizens of this country will be able to think first the objective rather than the personality of our situations, posi tions, or office". Hon. Agi, whose hobbies include volleyball, games, debates and documentation, is married to former Miss Elizabeth Okem and they both have three children.
