Hon. Ingomunadi Mac-Eteli is a member of the National Party of Nigeria. He was elected into the House of Representatives from the Brass Federal Constituency. Although he hails from Otakeme Ogbia in the Rivers State, he was born on 27th July, 1946 at Duala, Camerouns. His father, Macaulay Okosibo Eteli, is a nurse by profession while his mother, Mrs. Adianite Bessie Eteli, is a farmer. Hon. Mac-Eteli had his early education at Sabagria Primary• School, Rivers State from 1954 - 1958 and at St. Michael Primary School, Oloibiri from 1958-1960 where he passed his First School Leaving Certificate. He continued his education at the Niger Grammar School, Umuola, Port Harcourt, Rivers State in 1962 and passed out from there in 1966 with a West African School Certificate. In 1969 he became a Marine Cadet Engineer, and obtained his Marine Engineering Assistant Certificate in 1971. He proceeded to the Industrial Training Cen tre, Southampton England for further studies in 1972. By the end of the year, he had obtained a Diploma in Fibre-Glass Boat building technology. As soon as he returned in 1973 he became the Production Supervisor of Fibre Glass Boat Yard, Port Harcourt. From 1974-76 he was the Production Manger, Water Glass Boat Yard Ltd., Port Har court and finally the Acting General Manager from 1976-77. He later resigned his appointment from this company and went into private life where he rose to the enviable position of the Managing Director to a group of companies for general contracting in fibre glass, boat building and water drilling in the Rivers State from 1978-79. Hon. Mac-Eteli married former Miss Bitebo Rose Ingiangia in 1974 and he has five children. He is a christian and his hobbies range from game hunting to table tennis. He has visited Britian, Holland and many other countries.
