(Hons) LL.M. and Ph.D. Career: Private Practice - 1967; Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Lagos, 1968- 72; Legal Officer, National Oil Cor poration, 1972-76; Member: Nigerian Bar Association; Member Nigerian Constitution Drafting Committee and the Electoral Law Committee; Married with three children; Appointed Lagos State Commission for Education by the first civilian Governor of Lagos State, Alkaji Lateef Jakande in 1979 and charged with the execution of the administrations first priority programme "Free Education at all levels." Dr. Olawale Idris died on August 31, 2018.
