Mr. Samuel Uloko Ikpe represents Otukpo Federal Constituency of Benue State in the Constituent Assembly. He was born in 1950 in his home town Opa Adoka in Benue State. Mr. Ikpe has an LL.B degree from ABU, Zaria 1976. He went to the Nigerian Law School, in 1976 and was called to the Bar on July 2, 1977. Mr Ikpe was a tutor at Government College, Keffi. He was also an Assistant Inspector of Education in 1973 before occupying a magisterial bench between 1978—1987. He rose to the post of Assistant Chief Registrar in Benue State Judiciary. He is married with seven children and his hobbies are reading and jogging.
