Mr. Dalhat Yusuf Ingawa is an elected member of the Assembly representing Ingawa Federal Constituency of Katsina State. He was born in 1954 in Ingawa, his home town. He started his early education in Ingawa Primary School and later went to Teachers' College, Mani from 1970-1975. He attended Kaduna Polytechnic from 1979 to 1981 and Bayero University, Kano from 1985-1986. Mr. Ingawa was a teacher from 1975 to 1976. He became a head teacher in 1976 and an Education Officer from 1981 to 1988. He is a public servant. He is married with nine children and his hob by is reading.
