Minister in the Ministry of Works; was born in 1943 at Kirenowa Marte District, Borno State. He got his West African School Certificate in 1962 and beganwork with John Holt Limited in 1963. He remained with this company until he became its Executive Director in 1979, having held various positions from that of Management Cadet-to that of Mana ging Director in 1977. Alhaji Jarma attended several management course both in Nigeria andabroad. Heismar ried and has six children.
