was born in 1936. He completed his Senior Primary S hool in 1950 at the S.I.M. Senior Pri ary School Kagoro. From there, he i.:oceeded to Gindiri S.U.M. Boys High School where he stayed briefly before proceeding to Teach. He attended Administrative courses at the Institute of Administra tion Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and University of Ife respectively. He started his working career as a Pupil Teacher for two years in the then Southern Zaria Province. He later joined the Nigerian Police where he served for a period of 9 years. His last years in the police force saw him doing a three administrative course at the Institute of Administration Zaria. He was appointed Administrative Sec retary to the Jos Native Administra tion in 1961. In 1963, he took up an appointment with the defunct Nige rian Produce Marketing Company in Lagos as an Accounting Officer. He was appointed an Administrative Offi cer in the defunct Benue Plateau State Civil Service in 1967. He served in various Ministries and in the field as a Divisional Officer at Pankshin, Nasa rawa, Tiv, later Makurdi and Akwanga Divisions. He leter resigned from the Civil Service and took to Private Busi ness. In 1978, he was appointed a Director of the Plateau Publishing Company limited, the position he held until his present appointment as a Special Adviser on Information to Plateau State Governor on March 6, 1980. He is married with nine children.
