His Excellency Dr Chris Nwabueze Ngige was born on August 8"' 1952 into the family ol" Chief Pius O.Ngige (Akunnia) and late Mrs Pricilla N. Ngige (nee Okafor) in Alor town. State of Origin: Anambra Local Government Area: Idemili South; Village/Town: Alor. He is known for his persistent crusade for social justice and integrity in both private and public office. He believes that division based on issues is to be preferred to unity based on hopelessness. This accounts for his doggedness in standing firm by his people in periods of travails and tribulations as accentuated by the past inept leadership in the state.
