Dr. Reginald Nwankwoala is from Obite Etche in Rivers State and represents Ikwerre/Etche II Federal Constituency of the State. He finished his Secondary and Higher School Education in 1971 and 1974 respectively. He later travelled to the United States where he studied Biology and Chemistry at Oklahoma City University in 1977. In 1978, he obtained M.Sc. r/i Pharmacology from the University of Oklahoma and Ph.D. from Howard University in 1984. He is now a lecturer of Pharmacology at the School of Medicine, University of Port Harcourt. Dr. Nwankwoala is married with four male children and takes interest in reading and swimming.
