Mr. Celestine Ogwa Okeagu was born on the 7th of August, 1957 in Ndiagu Echara Ikwo, Anambra State. He is an elected member from Ikwo Federal Constituency, Anambra State. He obtained the West African School Certificate in 1974 and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1983. Mr. Okeagu is married with three children. His hobbies are football and table tennis. He is a civil servant.
