Dr. Victoria Okojie holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Library and Information Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in Nigeria and is the past Pioneer Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the Librarians’ Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN), a parastatal of the Federal Government of Nigeria. She is also a past President of the Nigerian Library Association (NLA). Dr.Victoria is a Certified Librarian of Nigeria (CLN) and has received several awards and fellowships, including “Fellow of the Nigerian Library Association” (FNLA) and "Excellence in Librarianship Award'',2007.
