Special Adviser on Statutory Boards was born on April 1, 1941 at his home town, Ibadan, Oyo State. He attended the Universities of Nigeria, Nsukka, Oslo, Norway and Cairo, Egypt and obtained the Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery at the last university. He has held many public offices and has travelled widely. He is married and has nine children.
