With over 30 years’ experience, her career spans legal consulting, banking and finance, oil and gas and telecommunications. During Amina Oyigbola's tenure as HR Executive and the strategic Talent Management Initiatives deployed with her team, MTN Nigeria became the 1st company in Nigeria to be accredited with the Investors in People Gold Standard in May, 2015. In October, 2014, MTN Nigeria emerged winner in the Telecoms category of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) HR Best Practice Awards.
