Mr. Muhammed Kabir Sa'id an elected member, represents Daura East Federal Consti tuency, Katsina State. He was born in Daura in 1953. He has a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Social Science and enjoys reading, soccer and table tennis as hobbies. He is an administrator and is married with eight children.
