Mr. Albert Tanimu Sam-lsokwa, an elected member, represents Takum Federal Constituency, Gongola State. He was born in Takum in May 1953. He attended Primary School, Takum East, 1965—71; Government Teachers' College, Keffi, 1972-76; School of Basic Studies, Zaria, 1977—78; Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, 1978-81 and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, 1981-82. Mr. Sam-lsokwa is a private legal practitioner. He is married with three children. His hobbies are reading, hunting and hockey.
