Mr. Mohammed Ladan Tsamiya, an elected member, represents Dange/Shuni Federal Constituency in Sokoto State. He was born in 1949 in Tsamiya and hails from Sokoto. He obtained the West African School Certificate in 1967; LL.B in 1977 and LL.M in 1982 from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He at tended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 1979. He became a certified Legal Draftsman in 1979. He is a private legal practitioner. He is married with four children. His hobby is polo.
