was bom on December 31, 1927 at Asa Umumgbede, Asa-amato in Obioma Ngwa Local Government area; He received his education at Christ the King School, Aba, 1939-45: College of Immaculate Conception, Enugu 1947-51, E.M.I. Institute, Lon don, (by Postal tuition 1957-63) and obtained a diploma in journalism; Mr Ubani-Wokoma was a teacher at St. Mary's School, Oturkpo in Benue State in 1946. He later joined the West African Pilot, Yaba, as an assistant editor 1952-63; Since 1964, he has been a director of I.N.C.O. Publicity Company, Lagos; Mr. Ubani-Wokoma has awarded three post-primary scho larships to deserving students of Ngwa; He is married and has 13 children.
