Qualification: Teacher's Grade 111 & 11 certificates, B.Sc (Political Sociology), M.Sc (Pub. Admin), MPA (Master of Public Admin), PhD. Employment: Teacher in various schools in Abak and Ikot Ekpene 1958-64; Graduate Assis tant in several US Universities, 196870 and lecturer in Universities of Nigeria Nsukka and Calabar 1971-79; Author of many academic works and member ofmany professional, cultural and social organisations; married with children; elected NPN member for Abak, Cross River State in House of Representatives
