Mr. Isa Husaini Zugachi, an elected member, represents Gabasawa Federal Constituency, Kano State. He was born in Tofai Village, Gabasawa District, in March 1956. He hails from Zugachi, Kano. He attended Quranic School, 1965—69; Primary School, Zakirai, 1969-73; Advanced Teachers' College, Ahmadu Bello University, Kano Campus, Kano, 1979-82 for an NCE Course and Bayero University, Kano, 1984 —87 for a degree in Education. He is presently a lecturer, College of Education, Gumel, Kano. He is married with five children. His hobbies are discussion, reading and scouting.
