FOLORUNSHO, Hon. Yunusa, Ayinla

Honourable Yunusa Ayinla Folorunsho represents Asa Federal Constituency, Kwara State, in the House of Representatives and is a member of the National Party of Nigeria. He was born on 17th March, 1940 at Alapa in Asa Local Government Area. He is a muslim and one of the nine children of his father. His father, Alhaji Yahaya Akanbi, hails from Alapa in Asa and is a Koranic teacher. Honourable Folorunsho started his primary education at the Alapa Primary School in 1948 and completed it at the Baboko Primary School in 1954. He later attended the following teachers' training institutions: Bida Teachers' College (1955 - 1957); llorin Teachers' College (1961-1962); Bauchi Rural Education Centre (1964); Minna Rural Education Centre (1965); and the Institution of Administration, Zaria from 1966 to 1967.
