Chief Pius Osikhena, an elected member, represents Etsako Federal Constituency, Bendel State. He was born in Elele-Uzairue, Etsako LGA on September 5, 1929. He obtained the General Certificate of Education in 1957, Diploma in Business English in 1977 and a Certificate in Management Studies in 1978. He became an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management in 1983. Chief Osikhena retired in 1984 as an Assistant Director in Central Bank of Nigeria, after 25 years of service. He is now a farmer. He is married with eight children. His hobbies are reading and music.
