Chief Jacob Sogboyega Odulate (popularly known to others as "Blessed Jacob") was the inventor and brain behind the legendary "Alabukun" powder; a patent medicine produced in 1918 alongside Alabukun Mentholine and other locally made products. He became an apprentice to Doctor Sapara after his move from Ikorodu, Lagos State to Abeokuta, Ogun State.
