Alhaji Shuaibu was born in 1941 at Tsonga Kwara State his home town. He is a muslim and one of the seven children of his father, Mallam Kasimu, a farmer. His mother is Madam Fatuma Kasimu. He got married to his two wives Hajiya Adama Shaibu and Hajiya Adishetu Shuaibu in December 1962. He is a father of five children. Alhaji Julde attended the following educa tional institutions: Tsonga Elementary School (1949-52); Patigi Senior Primary School (1953-55; Bida Teachers' College (1958-60); and llorin Teachers' College (1965-66). His educational and professional qualifica tions include: First School Leaving Certificate 1955; Teacher Grade Three Certificate 1961; and Teacher Grade Two Certificate 1967. Alhaji Julde was the teacher in charge of Kpandarigi l.SMB School from 1961 to 1962.
