Foundation member of Lxtral mural studies of Ibadan University in 1955 in Port Harcourt; Founder and Secretary of Qua Peoples' Society, Port Harcourt; Secretary, Lagos Pres byterian Youth Fellowship (1964-67); Secretary, Board of Governors of Yaba National College, Lagos (1969-72), and member of many religious, chari table and cultural organizations.
