Biographical overview
Minister of State in charge of Police Affairs in 1959. Early on he had been an Observer to the Nigeria Constitutional Conference in London in 1957. MA. Olanrewaju was the author of ORINAWON EIYE NIEDE YORUBA and publisher of the OLANREWAJUALMANAC. After the 1966 bloody coup that sacked their government, he returned home to become the patron of the Igbomina students Union, Offa Grammar School, Ilorin Secondary School, Omu aran Muslim Community School, Ilorin and member, C.M.S. Church Progressive Union. The community leader died in Omuraran in September 1968.
