Joined P.R.P. on 20/9/78 and was elected Assistant Secretary Kano State Branch in March 1979; Secretary Gaya Local Government Council Branch; won election on the P.R.P. platform to represent Gaya North Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives. Married with three wives and (10) ten cliildren. Hobby: jockeying and hockey.
