Foundation member of Lxtral mural studies of Ibadan University in 1955 in Port Harcourt; Founder and Secretary of Qua Peoples' Society, Port Harcourt; Secretary, Lagos Pres byterian Youth Fellowship (1964-67); Secretary, Board of Governors of Yaba National College, Lagos (1969-72), and member of many religious, chari table and cultural organizations. Publications: Political, Ebulition in a Developing Nigeria, 1964; -Modern Day Unionism in Utility Services, 1977; - Trade Unions and Govern ment - Enemies of Friends, - 1977. Resigned appointment as Full-Time Trade Unionist in November, 1978, preparatory for politics. Chairman and Co-ordinator of Peoples' Redemption Party (PRP) in Cross River State (November 1978 - April, 1979. From Akamkpa Local Government Area; Great Nigeria Peoples Party (G.N.P.P.).
