Alhaji Aliyu Audu, an elected member, represents Ihima-Eika Federal Constituency, Kwara State. He was born on July 17, 1936 in Oboroke-lhima. He had his primary education from 1944 to 1951 and his secondary and commercial education from 1952—1953. He later obtained a Diploma in Public Accountancy in 1965. Alhaji Audu joined the civil service of the then Northern Nigeria as a Clerical Assistant on September 28, 1954 and rose to the post of Controller of Finance and Accounts before retiring on April 25, 1984. He has been a member of the governing Council of Kwara State Polytechnic since July 1, 1986. He is now a farmer. He is married with eight children. His hobbies are hunting and photography.
