Mr. Mohammed Bulama was born on January 13, 1949 in Nguru, Borno State. He is an elected member of the Constituent Assembly representing Damboa Federal Constituency. Mr. Bulama had his primary education at Jimeta 1956—59 and the Senior Primary School in Maiduguri between 1960-1962. He attended Government Secondary School, Maiduguri,. from 1963—1967 and Kaduna Polytechnic,1971-1972. Mr. Bulama is a civil servant and Chief In spector of Taxes, He is married with three children.
