Mr. Usman Bukar Bwala was born in 1952 in Sakwa, Borno State. He is an elected member of the Constituent Assembly representing Biu South Federal Constituency of Borno State. Mr. Bwala went to Waka Secondary School, 1966-1970, where he obtained the WASC and also got a degree in Law from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria m 1976. He was called to the Nigerian Bar the following year. Mr. Bwala is a civil servant and is married with three female children. He likes travelling and reading.
