an accountant by profession is currently the Ogun State Commissioner for Home Affairs.Chief Akinola who hails from the Egbado North Local Government area of Ogun State, He attended the St. Peter's School, Igan-Alade (193640); Iju United Sch ool, Imassai (194142) and the Christ Church School, Ilaro (194146). After his primary school education Chief Akinola took to teaching and proceeded to the St. Paul's College Abeokuta, where he obtained his Grade 111 Teacher's Certificate in 1951 and the St. Luke's College, Ibadan, in 1956 and obtained his Grade 11 Tea cher's Certificate in 1957. Between 1947 and 1961, the Com missioner taught in various school in Egbado South, Egbado North and the Lagos State. Chief Akinola later enrolled as an evening accounting student at the University of Lagos in 1963 and in 1959 bagged the BSc. (Hons) Accoun ting of the University. Between 1962 and 1976, Chief Akinola was Manager, Accounting Services of an American World Air ways before he resigned his appointment to take up the Council Chairmanship of the Egbado North Local Government a position he held until his present appointment. Chief Akinola is married with children. His hobbies are sports and reading
