(NPP) who represents Anambra North- East Constituency in the State House of Assembly was born in 1928 at Aguleri in Anambra Local Government Area. After completing his primary education in 1942, he enrolled at the Dennis Memorial Grammar School (DMGS) Onitsha and later studied law at the Hull and London Universities bagging the LL.B. (Hons.) LL.M. degree. Hon. Chinwuba worked as a Traffic Clerk and Trans Guard with the Nigerian Railways before he travel led to England for further studies. He was a Director of the Golden Guinea Breweries Limited, Umuahia and mem ber, Anambra Divisional School Board. Hon. Chinwuba who is married with six children is a member of Anambra State Law Reporting Committee.
