Mr. Peter Gyang Choji was born on August 27, 1956 in his hometown, Gyel Plateau State. He is an elected member of the Assembly representing Jos South Federal Constituency. Mr. Choji attended Primary School from 1962—68; Government Secondary School, Katsina-Ala, (1969—1973) and Federal Government College, Warri, (1973 —1975). Between 1975 and 1978, he was at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria reading Law. During the 1978/79 session, he attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Bar in 1979. Mr. Choji also attended the Royal Institute of Public Administration, London in 1981. He was an NYSC lecturer at Kano in 1979 before taking up an appointment with Plateau State Government as State Prosecutor/Legal Draftsman. He is married and blessed with five children. His hobbies are reading, photography, music and travelling.
