(NPP) was born on April 14, 1945 at Umuaka in Nkwerre/Isu Local Government Area. He was educated at the C.M.S. Primary School, Achara, Umuaka, 1950-53; C.M.S. Primary School, Onitsha, C.M.S. School, Ekwe, 1957. Later he attended City High School, Onitsha 1957-62 where he obtained the G.C.E. Ordinary level. Mr. Dikeocha also attended an in service course in Valuation at the Institute of Administration, Enugu He served in the public service of the defunct Eastern Region and East Cen tral State of Nigeria from 1963-73 He was chairman of Umuaka Commu nity Council from 1975-76; member Finance and General Purpose Commit tee, Nkwerre/Isu Local Government 1976-79. Chief Dikeocha is a business man. He is married and has children He is interested in table-tennis. Hebe lieves in hardwork and optimism
