Chief Ekeh serves as: • Consultant to the US Embassy for seven years • Consultant to the German Embassy for 3 years During the period, he introduced the use of Ultra Violet Lights as Sterilization Factors in Bulk Water Processing for the first time in Nigeria against the use of Chlorine, which is a caseinogens in portable water processing. • Introduced sale of pure water in Satchel in order to reduce the cost of bottled water. • Worked closely with Food and Drugs Administration in the Introduction and Maintenance of standards in Pure Water processing a huge industry today to the tune of N35bilIion turnover annually • One of the three main Distributors of Dell Computers in Nigeria • First to introduce InternetTrade Fair in the whole world of computer- a visual trade fair designed to project Nigerian Organisations. Social Political Contributions and services • Chief Ekeh is a founding member ofCommittee for Unity and Understanding (CUU) which in partnership with CUU West.CUU South-South, and CUU Middle Belt teamed to form NADECO • Chairman. Membership and Mobilization Committee for Ndigbo in Lagos • Member of Izunwanne and Ndigbo Lagos • Founding Member and National General Secretary of Pan- Ndigbo Forum (PNF) which alongside AREWA Consultative Forum and others formed what metamorphosed into PDP- Peoples' Democratic Parly. • A Founding Member of PDP. He was in the Publicity Committee with the late Chuba Okadigbo. Prof Jerry Gana and others. • Currently. Chairman Membership and Mobilization Committee of Ndigbo in Lagos- an umbrella of all Igbo Associations. Town Unions and Professionals in Lagos which today is one of the strongest member of the Ohaneze.
