Born in Binji in Sokoto State in 1947, Hon. Ahmadu Wali Binji is one of the twenty five children of Alhaji Usmanu, a district head. Hi er is Mallama Hau'wau Binji, a house wife. At an early age of eight Hon. Ahmadu at tended the junior primary school Binji (19551958). From 19591962 he attended the Senior Primary School Farfaru, Sokoto. In 1967, he was admitted to the Teacher Training College, Maru, where he obtained his Grade II Certificate four years later. Hon. Binji undertook the Local Government Course Stages I and II respectively in 1974. He is a muslim and he is married to two wivesJabbo and Hajo, Ahmadu. He has five children Dahiru eight, Abubakar six, Altme four, Aliyutwo, and Abdu Aziz-one. Hon. Binji has visited Saudi Arabia and Niger Republic. He is a member of the National Party of Nigeria from Binji-Silome Constituency, Sokoto State
