BUJWAWA, Hon. Alhaji Dabo

a devout Muslim, was born in Bujawa in the Mani Local Government Area of Kaduna State in 1930. His father, Ahaji Ahmadu Saddiku, a Village Head, and his mother, Hajia Zainab, a housewife have eight children. They both-hail from Bujawa. Alhaji Dabo Bujawa married Hajia Hajara in 1948 and they have eight children. Alhaji Bujawa attended elementary school from 1937 and moved to a Middle School in 1945. He was an instructor for the Provincial Local Government Training Scheme in 1961. He at tended the Local Government and Community Development Supervisor's Course in 1968. In 1945, Alhaji Dabo Bujuwa was employed as an Agricultural Assistant. He also served as a Cotton Supervisor in 1954. He became a Local Goverment and Community Development Supervisor in 1968. His activities as a Staff of a local government propelled him to engage in active politics Thus, in 1978, he became a full-time politician. He takes keen interest in football. He is a member of the National Party of Nigeria and represents Mani Constituency in Kaduna State in the House of Representatives
