GADAKA, Hon. Barde

Honourable Gadaka represents Fika South Constituency in Borno State in the House of Representatives. He is a member of the Great Nigeria Peoples Party. Honourable Gadaka was born in 1948 at Gadaka in Borno State. He is one of the nine children of his parents, Mallam Waziri Dartau and Mallama Lalu Waziri. His father is a farmer. He attended the Fika Primary School from 1959 — 1963 and the Potiskum Boarding Primary School from 1964 to 1965. Honourable Gadaka obtained his Teachers Grade II Cer tificate in 1970 from the Borno Teachers' Col lege, Maiduguri. He was a primary school teacher from 1971 to 1976 before being elected a local govern ment councillor in 1976. He held this post until his election into the House of Representatives. He is married and enjoys reading. Heisamuslim. ,
