was born in Aucan Station in Zaria. He is one of the four children of Mallam Haruna, a trader of Aucan, and Mallama Hudizatu. He read and obtained a primary four school Certificate' before going into private business. He started to ply Shagamu, Owode and Agege to buy kolanut to take to Kano and other places. When partisan politics started again in 1978, he enrolled as a member of the Peoples Redemption Party. He represents Zaria North - East Constituency, Kaduna State, in the House of Representatives. He got married to Mallama Maimuna in 1960 and they have six children. Honourable Sale Abba has travelled to Ghana and Niger Republic.
