Biographical overview
1965. Alhaji Konduga was deployed to the then North-Eastern State Civil Service in 1968 and was promoted to the rank of Higher Works Superintendent on 1st October 1972. He was later seconded to the North-East College of Arts and Science in April 1973 for a period of two years as an Estate Officer and the Head of the Estate Department of the Institution. After the breaking of the North-Eastern State into three states, he was redeployed to the Bor no State Civil Service in 1976. He left the service in 1976 to become a member of the Konduga Local Government Council. Alhaji Konduga went into politics in 1978 and he is the Vice-Chairman of the Great Nigeria Peoples Party in Borno State and the leader of the Party in the House of Representatives. He has three wives and 19 Children —eleven males and eight females. He has visited Europe, America and the Mid dle East. His hobbies are lawn tennis, cricket, hockey ana basket ball.
