Dr. Hilary Agim Ihenachor, is an elected member of the Assembly representing Orlu Federal Constituency of Imo State. He was born on November 24, 1947 in his home town, Orlu. He has a Doctorate degree in Government, from Claremont Graduate School, Claremont, California, USA. He is a financial consultant, importer and exporter. Dr. Ihenachor is married with five children and takes interest in photography.
