chief Nosakhare Isekhure is a nominated member of the Constituent Assembly. He was born in his home town, Benin City, Bendel State on December 19, 1950. Chief Nosakhare attended Concordia University, Montreal, Canada for the B.Sc. degree (Political Science & Journalism, 1982) and Cen tury University, USA for a master's degree in public administration in 1983. He is the Chairman/Managing Director, Mono Seko International Ltd.,,Isekhure Investment Nigeria Ltd. and a Director, Bendel Pro perty Development Authority. He is also the Patron of Trade medical Society of Nigeria and National Council of BINI Students in all Universities in Nigeria. He was presented with Certificate of Merit in 1981 by World Youth Parliament, Montreal, Canada and Bendel State Traditional Medicine Board. Chief Nosakhare is married with many children and takes writing, reading and music as hobbies.
