Mr. Otu Ita-Toyo, an elected member, represents Oron III Federal Constituency, Akwa Ibom State. He was born in Oron on April 13, 1953. He obtained M.Sc. in architecture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1979. Mr. Ita-Toyo is a practicing architect and is married with children. His hobby is photography.
