Dr. I.S. Izugbokwe is an elected member of the Assembly representing Ideato Federal Constituency of Imo State. He was born in 1939 in his home town, Ideato. He has B.Sc.- Engineering, 1966; M.Sc. Engineering, 1975 and also Ph.D. which he ob tained in 1978. Dr. Izugbokwe is married with seven children His hobbiesare tennis and gardening.
