Mr. Abba Jato is an indigene of Kala Balge in Borno State and he represents Ngala West Federal Constituency of Borno State. He was born on May 25, 1955 in his home town. He started his education in Kala Primary School, from 1962 to 1969 and proceeded to Guel Com mercial College from 1969 to 1973. He obtained GCE in 1975 and went to the Institute of Management Studies, Potiskum from 1975-1976. He later went to the Center for Business Studies, London from 1979—1982 where he obtained a Diploma in Business Ad ministration. He is a businessman and member of the Association of Business Executives. Mr. Jato is married with four children and his hobbies are travelling, jogging and horse riding.
