Mr. Richard Aseyito Loto represents llaje- Ese-Odo Federai Constituency of Ondo State. He was born on July 5, 1935 in Odonla, his home town, in Ondo State. He obtained both the Teachers' Grade III and II Certificates in 1957 and 1958 respectively. In 1969, he obtained Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Arts from the University of Ibadan in Mr. Loto retired as a Principal in 1985, and was a member of llaje/Ese-Odo Management Committee from 1986-1987. He is now self employed and married with eleven children.
