Mr. Simeon Okai Maha represents Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency of Benue State. He was born on August 5, 1954 in his home town, Olowa, Benue State. After his primary education, Mr. Maha went to secondary school, where he obtained WASC Division I in 1971. He finished his H.S.C. in 1973 and gained ad mission to the University of Ibadan to read Agricultural Economics. He graduated in 1976. In 1980, he obtained a Master's degree in Economics (Money/Finance) from the Univer sity of Jos. Mr. Maha is a civil servant. He is married to Mrs. Ruth J. Maha and blessed with three male children. His hobbies are reading, animal husbandry and photography.
